By using this website, submitting a form, calling us, texting us, scheduling an inspection, or requesting service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this website to submit false information, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape content, misuse contact forms, upload malicious code, or take any action that may harm Pipeliner Pros, its website, its users, or its service operations.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to the website if we believe the website is being misused.
4. No Emergency Guarantee
Although Pipeliner Pros may provide urgent service support when available, this website does not guarantee emergency response, same-day service, immediate dispatch, or specific arrival times. If you are experiencing a condition that may create immediate danger, property damage, flooding, sewage exposure, health risk, or utility hazard, you should contact the appropriate emergency service, utility provider, plumber, restoration company, or local authority as needed.
5. Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing
Any pricing, cost examples, savings claims, calculators, general estimates, or project ranges shown on this website are provided for general informational purposes only. Final pricing depends on many factors, including pipe condition, pipe diameter, pipe length, access points, depth, location, cleaning requirements, root intrusion, scale buildup, corrosion, structural failure, site conditions, permitting needs, materials, labor, and any unforeseen conditions discovered during inspection or service.
No quote is final unless it is provided in writing by Pipeliner Pros or an authorized representative. Verbal discussions, website content, calculators, advertisements, or form submissions do not create a binding price, contract, or obligation to perform work.
6. Inspections and Diagnostic Limitations
Sewer camera inspections, drain evaluations, and other diagnostic services are intended to provide helpful information about visible and accessible portions of a plumbing or sewer system. These inspections may not reveal every defect, hidden condition, collapsed section, inaccessible area, concealed leak, improper connection, cross bore, utility conflict, structural issue, or future failure.
Inspection findings are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection. Pipe systems can change over time due to use, soil movement, corrosion, root growth, settlement, water intrusion, blockages, improper prior repairs, or other conditions outside our control.
7. Free Inspection Offers
Any free inspection, free camera inspection, promotional inspection, or inspection included with repair offer is subject to availability, property qualification, access, service area, technician scheduling, and management approval. Pipeliner Pros may modify, limit, or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, promotional offers have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, and do not guarantee that a property qualifies for trenchless repair, financing, discounts, or any specific repair method.
8. Service Suitability
Trenchless sewer repair, CIPP lining, epoxy coating, pipe bursting, hydro jetting, descaling, spot repairs, and other repair methods are not suitable for every pipe, property, or condition. A pipe may require excavation, replacement, additional cleaning, access creation, structural correction, engineering review, utility coordination, or other work before a repair can be performed.
Pipeliner Pros does not guarantee that any specific service method will be available or appropriate until the property and pipe conditions have been evaluated.
9. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities
By scheduling service, you represent that you have the authority to request work at the property and to grant access to the areas needed for inspection, diagnosis, or service. You are responsible for providing safe access to cleanouts, plumbing fixtures, mechanical rooms, utility areas, driveways, yards, parking areas, crawlspaces, basements, commercial spaces, and other relevant areas.
You are responsible for removing fragile items, valuables, vehicles, stored materials, pets, tenants, occupants, or obstacles that may interfere with service. You are also responsible for notifying Pipeliner Pros of known hazards, utility issues, prior plumbing repairs, access limitations, building rules, HOA requirements, tenant restrictions, or special site conditions.
10. Permits, Utilities, and Third-Party Requirements
Some projects may require permits, inspections, utility locating, engineering review, municipal approval, building access approval, association approval, traffic control, restoration work, or coordination with third parties. Requirements vary by location, property type, scope of work, and local authority.
Unless expressly included in a written agreement, third-party fees, permit fees, municipal charges, utility charges, engineering costs, restoration costs, and similar expenses may be billed separately.
11. Warranties and Workmanship
Any warranty offered by Pipeliner Pros must be provided in writing to be valid. Website statements, marketing statements, advertisements, or general service descriptions do not modify, expand, or replace the written warranty terms provided for a specific project.
Warranty coverage may vary based on service type, property type, materials used, pipe condition, customer maintenance, misuse, third-party damage, ground movement, root conditions, improper downstream or upstream plumbing, excluded defects, or other limitations stated in the written warranty.
No warranty applies unless all payment obligations have been satisfied and all warranty conditions have been met.
12. Existing Conditions and Unforeseen Conditions
Sewer and drainage systems may contain unknown or hidden conditions that are not visible until work begins. These may include collapsed pipe, broken fittings, offsets, missing pipe sections, improper prior repairs, buried cleanouts, illegal connections, utility conflicts, inaccessible lines, heavy scale, severe root intrusion, contaminated materials, slab conflicts, structural issues, or other defects.
If unforeseen conditions are discovered, additional work, price changes, schedule changes, or alternate repair methods may be required. Pipeliner Pros is not responsible for hidden conditions that could not reasonably be identified before service begins.
13. Restoration and Finish Work
Trenchless methods are designed to reduce disruption, but some projects may still require access openings, cleanout installation, excavation, concrete cutting, flooring access, wall access, landscaping disturbance, or other work. Unless specifically included in a written agreement, restoration of landscaping, concrete, asphalt, flooring, drywall, tile, cabinetry, paint, finishes, irrigation, hardscape, or similar items is not included.
14. Customer Content and Form Submissions
When you submit a form, upload information, send photos, provide project details, or communicate with Pipeliner Pros, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You authorize Pipeliner Pros to use that information to respond to your request, evaluate your project, schedule service, provide estimates, communicate with you, and maintain business records.

17. Privacy Policy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Pipeliner Pros may collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through the website or collected through related business communications.
Please review the Privacy Policy carefully. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy will control for that specific issue.

Sewer systems, plumbing systems, site conditions, building requirements, and local regulations vary. You should verify any important decision with the appropriate licensed professional, municipality, utility provider, engineer, insurance carrier, or legal advisor.
19. No Guaranteed Results
Pipeliner Pros works to provide professional service and long-term repair solutions, but no website statement guarantees a specific outcome, savings amount, repair lifespan, insurance result, financing result, project timeline, property value impact, or future pipe performance.
Results depend on actual site conditions, pipe condition, maintenance, usage, ground movement, root growth, downstream conditions, upstream conditions, third-party damage, and other factors.
20. Reviews, Testimonials, and Project Examples
Reviews, testimonials, project images, before-and-after examples, case studies, and service descriptions shown on this website are examples only. They do not guarantee that your project will have the same result, cost, timeline, appearance, repair method, or level of disruption.

24. Payment Terms
Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, financing terms, final payment deadlines, late fees, collection rights, cancellation rules, and related billing terms will be governed by the written estimate, invoice, contract, financing agreement, or service agreement provided for the specific project.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of service or project approval.
25. Cancellations and Scheduling
Appointments are subject to technician availability, weather, traffic, emergency calls, equipment availability, property access, permitting, utility coordination, and other scheduling factors. Pipeliner Pros may reschedule, delay, or cancel appointments when necessary.
Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Fees may apply if a technician is dispatched and access is unavailable, the customer is not present when required, or the appointment cannot proceed due to customer-controlled conditions.
