Septic System Upgrade Grant (up to $20,000)
- For properties on septic where sewer is not feasible soon.

- Requires evidence of damage or an active code case. Photos or CCTV proving cracks, roots, leaks, or missing caps qualify.
- Covers CCTV, cleaning, design, permits, trenchless or open-cut repair, and restoration to original condition.
- Work under the building slab or inside the home is not covered.
